KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Based in Barcelona, reporting to the South European Sales Director, this person will have responsibility to:
Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
Identify potential new customers.
Explore and implement optimal solutions to technical problems related to the processing of plastics occurring in customers.
Regular customer visits and follow-up reports of visits. Collect, analyze and verify data on plastics processing and competitive companies operating on the Spain market in terms of their po tential, behavior, use and materials offered.
Work closely w ith the Sales Director, setting the strategy in the region to implement the sales plan.
Cooperate with traders from other branches company to ensure proper handling of international clients.
Manage the results of the sale (quantity, margin, / kg, the price / kg).
Assure the highest quantity, quality and outcome of their projects.
Be responsible for the financial results associated with working capital: DSO (receivables turnover) and DSI (rotation stock stored).
We are looking for someone who has:
Good working knowledge in the field of plastics processing, ideally in the field of Polymers.
3 – 10 years in a similar position, working in client-facing roles and managing a sales quota.
Skills to develop employees at lower levels in the sales department.
Higher education, at least a bachelor Degree.
Spanish and English language to an advanced level.
