Demonstrate the business benefits and value proposition of Oracle Technology solutions to Finnish business customers
Match Oracle Technology solutions to resolve business pains and challenges with Finnish clients.
Develop new sales leads by uncovering new opportunities with Finnish customers
Create, drive and execute new business marketing campaigns to Finnish client base
Manage a number of complex sales opportunities at the same time utilising internal resources to achieve your goals and objectives
Win sales deals in a competitive environment to achieve and overachieve sales targets.
Be continuously aware of developments in the IT industry
Proven track record in a B2B sales environment
Proven ability to sell total IT solutions to Business customers
Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing.
Fluency in English and Finnish language
Prospecting and/or new business background.
Expertise in demand generation in new markets from campaign conception to deal closure.
Strong influencing skills.
Enthusiasm to learn new sales skills and technologies (for example - Sandler)
