Major Responsibilities:
Business role:
Coordinate Sales Adoption strategy from Regions and markets to retain and to increase existing Hotel, Car and other non-core air related business to achieve Amadeus short and long term objectives. Contribute to the interaction and sharing between Amadeus Regions and ACOs and support sales adoption. Analyse data to set adoption targets, monitor results and detect new business opportunities for sales adoption. Mainly by
- Supporting sales teams at local level, when appropriate
- Coordinating structured approach to sales adoption together with relevant BUs
- Ensure alignment and information flow with the Regions, the ACOs and all internal parties involved
- Coordinating provision of relevant tools to enable the Regions and the ACOs to facilitate their activity
Responsibilities:
1. Bring market analysis to detect opportunity for growth and establish Internal reporting and KPI for Sales Adoption by:
- Monitoring and documenting the Adoption KPIs cross-border
- Providing periodical reporting on Adoption to management
- Driving research and analysis of market trends regarding the Lines of Business in scope
- Coordinating, documenting and standardise reporting on Adoption efforts
- Detecting new opportunities to increase non-air adoption and propose Plan of Action
2. Coordination of market strategy to increase Sales Adoption by:
- Aligning objectives for adoption at regioal and local level according to Central targets
- Coordinate adoption initiatives with other relevant BUs (Hotel, Car...)
- Detecting new opportunities to increase adoption and propose action plan
In order to facilitate interaction and sharing between Regions and ACOs to increase Sales adoption
3. Support Sales Adoption initiatives at ACOs by:
- Providing data analysis and sales tools
- Participating in sales meetings, sharing sales adoption knowledge and expertise
- Reporting into Central or Regional organisation sales adoption requirements, if applicable
- Visiting customers with the Sales or Account managers, if required
4. Contribute to foster Communities of knowledge , best practices and expertise for Sales Adoption by:
- Developing the existing Channel management community to increase reach and effectiveness cross-border
- Ensuring that all relevant sales & marketing materials for Sales adoption are available
- Improving the quality of the information, contibuting with the Marketing manager, when applicable
- Proposing initiatives to increase interaction between the Regions, ACOs and Channel management communities
Requirements:
Education:
University degree / MBA a plus
Work Experience:
- Relevant commercial and business experience of at minimum 5 years
- Marketing & Sales background
- Team work experience
Business Understanding:
- Good understanding of Amadeus products and travel industry
Skills:
- Strong influencing skills
- Strong business and strategic analysis sense
- Analytical Thinking
Languages:
- Language: High English level; others highly recommended
Computing:
- PC skills. Advanced excel
