Contribute to the performance of Distribution Marketing unit by giving first level assistance to Director and manage the director's office and assist to decrease Director workload and improve effectiveness of the director's office and department in support of the delivery of key objectives.
1. DIRECTORS OFFICE
Provide first level assistance to the Director
Implement & manage appropriate working processes for the Directors office
Manage Directors Calendar and agenda
Control and manage approval processes and internal company administration,including contract signatures
Manage electronic and physical filing of all important internal documentation for reuse or reference.
Ensure Director's administrative processes and approvals are upto date in a timely and accurate manner
Manage Director Travel schedules and arrangements
Ensure smooth communications and provide logistical support whilst Director is on business travel.
In order to
Diminish the work load of the Director and improve efficiency and delivery of the area taking on secondary responsibilities.
2. INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND PRIORITISATION
Manage verbal, written communication of the Director
Control and follow up on outstanding issues, email, prioritisation.
Manage delegation of actions to appropriate direct reports from different top management commitees ( Distribution and Marketing, MMM, EXCOM)
Co-ordinate reporting and follow up on delegated issues
Consolidate bi weekly report and projects list for DIstribution and Marketing meetings
Co-ordinate internal departmental briefing meetings and management decision committees and follow up on action items with direct reports.

3. CUSTOMER RELATED COMMUNICATIONS
Co-ordinate and manage Directors communication with Airline customers
Co-ordinate Information flow and meetings on customer priorities and customer issues with
