We are currently looking for a Belgium Payroll Epert who will be responsible of:
To deliver Senior SAP HR Support service to client base (PA/OM; Payroll; Time)
To ensure that AMO operations for a client are delivered according to the contract in term of timeliness, quality and budget for both Local Duch Clients and Multinational clients
Service Delivery & Business Development
o Trains and coach the team members in areas of expertise
o Is the main representative in front of local business partner (HRO or Local Customer) and ensures that local service level delivery happens as agreed
o Participates in regular local service delivery meetings with the local business partner
o Tracks and monitors local change requests and AMO items requiring resolution
o Looks after gaps and needs for improvement and improves services together with local team in agreement with the client if required
o Is jointly responsible, alongside HRO, for local client relationship and local client satisfaction
o Assesses ticket ownership
o Ensures ticket is correctly completed
o Follows up on actions if assigned to another consultant / team (on content and on due date) and pro-actively contacts other teams in order to discuss ticket status
o Validates that technical solution, transports and general status are in line with SAS 70 regulations
o Coordinates global and local teams for local AMO tickets of customer
o Monitors and complies with SLA’s
o Ensure the Customer Information Pack is kept updated
o Communicates with business partner (à HRO local service delivery Manager / customer Business partner in case of AMO contracts)
o Ensures proper delivery of local change requests
o Assists with change request approval process
o Monitors delivery of change requests, keeps client informed on progress
Qualifications, skills and knowledge:
SAP HR Expert Knowledge (PA/OM, Payroll, Time Modules)
Belgium Functional Payroll Knowledge
English & Dutch Speaker
