Responsibilities • Selling our solutions into to global corporations and C level executives and then managing and growing those strategic customer relationships. This is a senior level, direct selling position. (see: www.hootsuite.com/enterprise) • Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates prospect and customer needs on an ongoing basis • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts • Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting strategic account revenue • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers ’ expectations Required Skills and Experience • 8+ years experience in strategic account sales and client management in software or SaaS • Demonstrated ability to work well in a closely knit team • Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills • Passionate about Twitter, Facebook and other social web apps • Interest or experience in a high growth, early stage tech company • A positive attitude + ability to excel under pressure • Significant travel at times Bonus Assets • Degree in Business, Economics, or related field • Multi-language communication • Agency environment or sales to agency experience • Salesforce.com experience De HootSuite Media Inc - hace 16 meses
