Job Description

In line with our business plan Northmoor is looking to expand our EMEA operation by hiring an experienced and high performing Business Partners with a proven track record in professional recruitment, to develop and grow our existing and new business.
Working in a fast paced sales environment you will be required to deliver senior and middle search assignments, develop company key accounts and coordinate the delivery team. You will be responsible for achieving both personal and team targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Building sector-specific specialisation in the region Regional and international team member recruitment New business partner introduction and training in line with the company development plan Team efficiency improvement Workflow organization and accurate process adherence is followed and documented Cohesive team atmosphere promotion through effective communication, professionalism, and individual career path development. Provide on-going feedback and coaching to other business partners to improve individual and team performance within the company Participation in performance planning and all global process improvement within Northmoor Regional compensation and benefit plan strategy support Increase country, regional and international knowledge for relevant markets contributing to our regionalisation and specialization programme Business Development and Client acquisition
Responsibility for personal and team revenue targets, budgets and profit Ability to grow the business across the region of Spain and possibly other EMEA countries in line with the company business plan Existing Client Development Build solid client relationships to develop existing accounts and win high levels of repeat business New Client Acquisition Potential to grow to take a lead role in the business as we expand Have an active Client facing role with specific Clients, while supporting our Business Development team on developing our Key Accounts Creation and maintenance of a solid pipeline of new opportunities both from networking and other client acquisition activities Prospect identification and conversion into accomplished deals Manage the client from acquisition through to handover Recruitment:
Formulate and manage national and international recruitment assignments, specifically working on mid-career to senior level appointments Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation Responsible for initial screening, selections and candidate management for our Clients including pre-selection, selection (basic and competency based), short listing, interview invitation and all follow-up and tracking processes Be responsible for Client and Candidate communication throughout all assignments Manage high potential candidates on our CRM to recruit on a contingent basis Research and database mining Coordination of personal and team job postings on Northmoor website and job boards Networking calls for senior candidates

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in high volume top direct search recruitment consultancy in one of the following areas:
Executive Search Finance Accounting Banking Financial Services Professional Services Public Sector Sales Marketing Media Engineering Manufacturing IT Telecommunication Construction Property & Real Estate Life Sciences Healthcare Law & Legal Services Oil & Gas

Required skills & competences:
Excellent communication skills both oral and written Attention to detail in all aspects for work Creative thinking Result driven Strong team player Ability to analyse and report accurately Excellent project management skills
