Expanding leisure sector business is looking to recruit a capable qualified accountant. Working in the European Head Office you will be responsible for timely financial reporting including production of key financial statement. You will take ownership of producing monthly management accounts, annual statutory accounts, tax planning and associated tax returns, ownership of key balance sheet accounts, supporting due diligence on proposed acquisitions and supporting the development of group transfer pricing policy. The role will ideally suit a recently qualified accountant who will have trained within a large practice firm with up-to-date knowledge of UK Gaap. Additionally you will need to be ambitious as ultimately the role will lead to an operational controller role. Finally proficiency in Spanish is desired but not essential. The employer will provide relocation assistance if required.
