Eight to five journey. I get there, park the car, take the elevator and I always find nice people, no matter how early it is. When you need help, you know that you're not alone. Someone will give you a hand, as well as you do when others need too. As we say, the worst of all , more even that the "documentation", is testing!, I think nobody likes this part of the job, populating long ruled forms maybe boring, but checking all cases can be a nightmare... but both have to be done. It's part of the deal. Isn't it?. The best of all is when your project is already running, moved to the production environment, and you see that your work helps, increases productivity, works fine and has no failures and you receive the well-deserved recognition.
