I loved this job because I always had to do something. I can say this is my first job because in the other jobs I didn't work too much hours. So I have learned a lot of things, I know organize a shop, I worked in all areas: the tills (both selling and buying items), shop floor, cashing up, paperwork, relabeling, window dressing, stock taking, product transfers and cleaning.
The most important for me was have the opportunity for helping my supervisors and manager. I liked doing their tasks: distributing the tasks between employees, cashing up, writing email for the bosses and complaint forms, solving problems with the customers and in the shop etc.
I think my boss was good with me, because he always said I worked very well, and he always was very grateful to me. I could do whatever task in the shop and this he loved it. I was feeling good when I worked with my supervisors and manager because they appreciated me.
In general, I get on well with my colleagues. They always tell me their problems. I think the ambient in the work was comfortable. There were moments where we could laugh a lot. I think we were a little family, because we spent a lot of time together and shared our lifes. Sometimes we go out together, and it was very funny.
The hardest part of the job was we had to work hard, you spent all yours energies there. Although I think it's better work hard than you don't have anything for doing. So I wasn't sad for this. But sometimes I arrived my house really tired.
I didn't have time by myself. But it wasn't really important for me.
