Company in a difficult spot

It was very hard to get any sense of advancement opportunities, management does not seem to trust their teams, other teams tend to undermine each other more than collaborating, office was constantly in flux between visitors announced at the last minute and employees moving in, out, and around. Difficult to get feedback. Hard to make any kind of decision as most are made higher up the chain. Company does not feel like it's in a stable spot and turnover is noticeable to even a casual observer.
