• Follow-up of the marketing strategies, design of statistics, and preparation of status reports.
• Personal attention focused on customer satisfaction.
• Customer management and services via Database (Inda, SalesForce, CRM, and Cloud Console), to the
coordination of pre-sales and post-sales visits.
